Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, it is preferable that you do so as soon as you are able, to allow another client to take your space. If you must cancel, any cancellations 48 hours or less before the start of the booking itself will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking fee.

If Animal Grace has a reasonable reason to cancel a booking, a full refund will be given or the choice of the client to postpone the booking until a later date, whichever is preferable to the client. We will make exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
