Your privacy is of the utmost importance to Animal Grace, who are committed to protecting and respecting that privacy. This policy, in conjunction with our Terms of Use, explains the basis with which Animal Grace collects and processes any personal data that we have collected from you, or that you have provided us. For the purposes of The Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018, the data controller is Tania Fox of Animal Grace, Bristol, UK.

The terms “Party”, “Parties”, “You” throughout this document relate to You as a user of this website. By using this site you are agreeing to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Any references to “Tania”, “Animal Grace”, “us”, “we”, “our”, and/or if used in conjunction with “website”, “site”, “business”, means the Animal Grace website business, owned by Tania Fox.
What information we collect
We collect and process the information you give us when filling in forms on this site, and by all other communication means; by email, text, letter, by telephone and any other means by which we note information from you. This includes information that you provide when you register to use our services or products, subscribe to our newsletter, our forum, our blog, confirm a booking with us, or if you inform us of any issue with this site or with our products and/or services. The information you give us may include, but is not limited to; your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. There is some information that we need in order to carry out your booking and if you do not provide this information, we may not be able to complete your booking, or supply you with our products and/or services. We use ‘Cookies’ to collect data on this site’s usage. Information about our site users may be collected by Google and/or a Facebook pixel to help us improve and optimise our site for our users.
How we use the information we collect
We will use the information you have given us to provide you with the products and/or services that you request from us. If you agree, we will also use the information to send you our newsletter via email. This newsletter will contain various content such as, updating you on latest company news, updates or changes to our products and/or services, details of any training or events and interesting facts information we think you may be interested in. If you agree, we will also contact you via e-mail with various promotions and deals that we think may interest you – pertaining only to Animal Grace. We may use the information collected from this site via cookies in order to personalise your visits to our site. We do not share any of your information with third parties.
How we store your information
All information you provide to us is stored in a secure environment, which is encrypted and/or password protected for virtual information, or in locked cabinets for physical paperwork. If we have given you, or you have a password, which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. No transmission of information via the internet is completely secure, but we do our best to protect your personal data. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site therefore any transmission is at your own risk. Any information we received from use will follow strict procedures and to try to prevent any unauthorised access. If you have not used our services or products after one year, we will remove you from our database and delete all online data and all paper documents will be disposed of in a confidential and secure manner. This does mean that if you register with us again after one year, you will need to go through the registration process from the beginning.

Marketing and Promotions
We would like to be able to send you our newsletter, and/or contact you with details of specific promotions or new services that we think maybe of interest to you. We will only do this if you have opted in and indicated that you would like to receive this information. If you have opted in, you may opt out at any time, by letting us know you wish to do so. If you have opted-out of our marketing list, we will only ever contact you regarding a specific booking for a product or service that you have made. That may include confirmation of the booking and any associated invoice. This would normally be sent via email, but if you would prefer to receive this information in an alternate format please let us know.
Access to your information and the right to correction
You have the right to request a copy of all the information that we hold about you. To request this, you will need to make a written request, either by email or letter to the contact details shown at the bottom of this Policy. As set out in DPA 1998, we may make a small charge. As we want to make sure the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date, please let us know if any of your information changes. You may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate at any time.

If you do not feel that we have resolved your complaint satisfactorily you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commisioner’s Office.
