Reiki for Bereavement and loss
A Reiki session after the loss of a loved one can help with the feelings you may be experiencing such as loss, anger, sadness and many others. It will help provide a sense of release and allow the healing process to begin. Multiple sessions can be held, or a longer session in one go, it's really up to you how you would like to start your healing process.

After a loved one has transitioned this helps as a reminder that loved one is not gone, and that you are always connected. This session blends Reiki healing with a tailored meditation and allows you to connect with your loved one in a loving, peaceful and respectful way.

It helps with feeling of loss, guilt and letting go. It provides a realisation that there is something permanent and sacred in the connection you have that can never be broken. You are always connected with those you love, human or animal. This session is also suitable if an animal has lost their guardian, or a close friend that is causing them grief. This communication with the animal and their guardian or friend, along with Reiki healing will help the animal come to terms with their passing. The Reiki session or sessions will help you begin to focus on how you want to move forward, to heal and come to a place of balance and contentment.
